The Versailles forces, on Tuesday night, reoccupied Park Issy; the village of Issy is almost completely■ surrounded, and its remaining defenders are closely pressed. Shells have fallen in the Hue Vangierrord, and several persons hate been killed in the street. ; - k

Paeis, May 2nd—p.m.—The Prussians having demanded a strict execution of the terms of the capitulation, the Paris Commune have been obliged to reduce their garrison" in Fort Vincennes.
An incessant cannonade has been going on all day from Neuilly and.Gennevilliers.- ■ The batteries at Ports Maillot and Dcs Ternes are silent. The Nationals are engaged in repairs, j. ■ ■.: ■ ; .'
There is a heavy cannonade from the Versailles batteries, 'on the south, especially against Vauvres. Les Molineaus-; and Park Issy were alternately taken and retaken oa Tuesday. The Versailles troops finally triumphed, and now hold both places again. The Communists were twice panic-stricken during the day, and rallied with, difficulty. London, May 3.—The labour troubles in South Belgium are not ended. Veres was quiet last night, but at Goe woriungmen ex-, cited a disturbance, and had a conflict with the gens d'armes, in which several persons were wounded. To-day rioting is still going on there.
Beblin, May 3.—Alfred Greenmy er, who murdered an Irishman named Grumbleton in Chicago, has been delivered to officers .from the United States, at the request of the American Government.
London, May 3.—ln the great race for the Chester cup to-day, fifteen horses ran. " Glenlivnt" won, with " Mortimer" second, and " Our Mary Ann" third.
London, May 3. —In the House of Common 8, Gladstone said he was opposed to the bill [enfranchising women] in its present shape, but was ready to sustain a careful measure for the same object.
Lord John Manners, member front Leicestershire, was puzzled to discover the grounds of Gladston's opposition, and said that-scenes at elections were easily avoidable by the same means as have already enabled members of the Universities to vote.
Beresford Hope, member from Cambridge, University, opposed the extension of the suffrage to females as an outrage upon womanhood. ' ,'■ . :■ -i
The members from the Edinburgh and Standard Universities, spoke in favour of woman suffrage.
The vote was then taken, resulting in a majority of 69 against the bill.
