TVI STRICT ORDERS. Militia and Volunteer Office, Auckland, 18th May, 1871. The whole of the Volunteer force of Auckland and adjacent districts (the recently formed corps excepted) will assemble in the Domain on WEDNESDAY Next, the 24th insfc. ; at 11 o'clock, to celebrate the Anniversary of the birth of her most gracious Majesty the' Queen. The various Corps will form in column of troops and companies by the left. Cavalry in front, Battery of Artillery (horse), Auckland Regiment Rifle Volunteers, and No. 1 Company Naval Volunteers, in rear. Cavalry to parade without carbines, and Infantry without cross-belts. Artillery to be provided with 10 rounds per gun, and Infantry with 15 rounds (blank) per man. This ammunition to be drown and distributed on the private parade of corps before marching to the Domain. Attendance at this ceremonial Field Day will exempt Volunneers from presence at the June Monthly Inspection. VM. GORDON, Major Commanding Militia and Volunteers, Auckland District.

BEGIMBNTAL ORDERS. XV Auckland, May 18, 1871. In compliance with this day's District Orders, the Battalion will PARADE as strong as possible on WEDNESDAY NEXT, the 24th inst., at 10 o'clock, in front of the Drill-Shed, before proceeding to the Domain to celebrate the Queen's Birthday. The large pouch and cross belt will not be worn on this occasion, and each member on parade will be provided with 15 rounds blank ammunition.
