Mails will close as under :— For Thames, this day, at 4 "p.m., and tomorrow, at noon, 4.30 and 5.30 p.m. For Russell, per Success, this day, at 5 p.m. For the Australian Colonies, per Alice Cameron, to-morrow, at 9 a.m. For Newcastle (N\S.W.),per Janet Dalgleish, on Saturday, at 11 a.m. For Wangarei Heads, &c, per f>ute of Edinburgh, on Monday, 22nd inst., at 5 p.m. Mails for the .undermentioned places, per p.s. Nevada, will close afc this office on Saturday, 20th inst., as follows : — For Sandwich Islands, British Columbia, United States of America, British, Central, and South America, British and Foreign West Indies, Continent of Europe via England, and United Kingdom via -San Francisco, at 8 p.m. For money orders and registered letters, at 5 p.m. For newspapers, at 8 p.m., up to which time stamps may be procured at this office. Supplementary mails will close at noon on Sunday, 21st inst. Late letters, bearing a late fee of 6d in addition to the postage, -will be received by the mail agent on board the steamer up to time of sailing. S. B. Biss, Chief Postmaster.
