St. Kilda, from Wanganui.—29 head cattle, 430 sheep, 100 pigs, 3 horses, 18 kegs butter, 7 ditto ditto, order.—Combes and Daldy, agents. ■ Per barque Duke of Edinburgh, from Newcastle : 581 tons coal, J. The barque Duke of Edinburgh, Captain Smith, arrived in harbour this morning from Newcastle with a cargo of coals. She left on the 2nd, and for the first few days had S.W. winds ; then for five days I'.ght S.E. -winds; made the Three Kings on Saturday last ; thence down the coast strong N.W. winds. The schooner Emma Jane arrived at Kaipara on the 11th inst. The brig Moa and several coasters are detained in the harbour windbound. The s.s. Wonga Wonga is now fully due, and may be expected at any, v moment. The Star of the South wfflj leave for Napier to-morrow at 4 p.m. The cutter Mary Eliza brings 13 tons gum for Rolph, Sterry and Co., from Wangamata, and 1 ton tallow from Tauranga. The Mary Eliza leaves again for Tauranga to-morrow afternoon. The brig Waverley is advertised for freight r charter. The schooner Hercules, Captain O'Dell, left Newcastle for this port with 240 tons c'eals. The p.s. Royal Alfred will leave for the Thames at 8 o'clock this evening. The s.s. Star of the South arrived in harbour last evening, from Naiper, via the Thames. She left Napier at 10 a.m. on Thursday, and rounded the East Cape at 7 p.m. on Friday, arriving at the Thames yesterday at 4 a.m. Experienced moderate weather throughout the passage. Passengers :—Colonel Gordon, Mrs. Tucker, Mrs. Leighton, Mr. Jones, and Mr. Taylor. The Alice Cameron is announced to sail for Sydney on Wednesday. The schooner Meteor arrived at Hawke's Bay on the 4th inst. The schooner Saucy Lass left Napier for Auckland, via the East Coast, on the 10th inst.
