Mails will close as under :— For Thames, this day, at 5 p.m., and tomorrow at 10.30 a.m., and 4.30 p.m. For Kawakawa, per Clio, this day, at 5 p.m. For Kawa'u, per Sovereign of the Seas, this day, at 5 p.m. For Melbourne (direct), per Moa, to-morrow, at 3 p.m. For Warkworth, Lfahurangi, &c, per Lady Bowen, to-morrow, at 10 a.m. For Kapanga, etc., per Lalla Bookh, on Mon- • day, 15th inst., at 11 a.m. For Wangarei, etc., per Duke of Edinburgh, on Monday, 15th inst., at 3 p.m. For Russell, Kawakawa, etc., per Comerang, on Monday, 15th inst., at 3 p.m. For Taranaki and the Southern provinces, per • Taranaki, on Tuesday, 16th inst., a? 10a.m. Late letters and telegrams for transmission from the Nelson station, will be received at this office till 10 30 a.m., and at Onehunea till 11.30 a.m. For Sydney and Australian Colonies, per Wonga Wonga, six hours after her arrival from Honolulu. Mails for the undermentioned places, per p.a. Nevada, w ill close at this office on Saturday, 20th inst., as follows: — For Sandwich Islands, British Columbia, United States of America, British, Central, and South America, British and Foreign West Indies, Continent of Europe via England, and United Kingdom via San Francisco, at 8 p.m. For money orders and registered letters, at 5 p.m. For newspapers, at 8 p.m., up to which time stamps may be procured at this offine. Supplementary mails will close at noon on Sunday, 2Lst inst. Late tatters, bearing a late fee of 6d in addition to the postage, will be received by the mail agent on board the steamer up to time of sailing. S. B. Bias, Chief Postmaster.
