VOLUNTEER INTELLIGENCE.

Thb usual weekly parade of the Auckland Rifle Volunteers took place last evening, at the drill-shed, Prinoes-street. There-was an excellent attendance—about 200 members of the force being present in all. After the parade Mnjor Gordon presented the prizes lately won at the di-trict firing to the various winners, accompanying eacii presentation with a few appropriate remarks. There was last evening a parade of No. 1 Company Naval Volunteers, at Fort Britomart, when the various prizes lately won at the district firing were presented.
