Competitors must declare then- colours at the time of entry, and must compete in those colors or be disqualified. .2. Competitors must contest in trousers or long drawers. 3. Any competitor wilfully jostling another will be disqualified. 4. Protests must be made immediately after the race, Im. the Presence of the parties to whom they refer. 5.
