The John O'Grsats Mine; having been sold under an execution, has been purchased by some of the former shareholders, who have formed a new Company, under the Joint Stock Companies Act, 1860, with a capital of .1.5,000, in 1,000 Shares of £5 each, to work the mine. An interest In the new Company is offered to the shareholders in the old Company, and one share of the 1000 in the new Company will be given for twelve shares of the 11,800 in the old Company, provided that a written application be made to the F. A. White, at C. J. Stone's, Queen-street, before 2 o'clock on SATURDAY, the 15th of Aprli instant, and a deposit of 5s per share, and all calls due in' respect of the old Company, be paid at the time of application.
