Tite Lady Bird have cleaned up for the fortnight, the result being S3 ounces. The Golden Crown have lodged 121 ounces for tho week". The Cock-a-Doodle have crushed 40 tons, the result being 34 ounces. The crushing of 28 tons of general stuff for the Nonpareil is completed, and is very satisfactory, giving 37 ounces gold. The Caledonian have finished for the fortnight, and the total amount of melted gold lodged in the Bank is 12,711 ozs. 1G dwts. The share market is brisk. Caledonians have sold at £95, ex dividend ; Moanatairis. £4 ; sellers of Thames at £17 10s. The celebration ball last night was a great success ; over five hundred persons Avere present. Everything passed off avcll. [from a coueespondent.J The Imperial Crown have come across a good patch at tho 100 feet level. Junctions taking nut good stone. Shares have an upward tendency.
