(Before H. H. Turton, Esq., J.P.) Dbtjnkenness.—T. Cnllen, J. M'Ooy, W. Hart, F. James, J. Johnston, and Ellen Conlon, were each punished in the usual manner for drunkenness. Municipal Powce Act.—John Collins, for having created a disturbance in St. Paul's Church duriDg Divine Service, was fined £10, or in default to be imprisoned for three months. Va&eancy.—Mary Burke, for having ho lawful visible means of support, and Ann White, for a similar charge, were each imprisoned for three mouths with hard labor.— Emma Stainson pleaded guilty to having used obscene language, was discharged on promising amendment. — John Morgan, a notorious offender, for having been found at night on premises without lawful excuse, was sent to gaol for six months.
