Newspapers : Under 4oz. each, 4d. ; for every additional 4oz, 4d. -Books and Pattern Parcels : Not exceeding -Loz., 2d.; exceeding loz. and not exceeding •^oz., 4d.; exceeding 2oz. and not exceeding *oz., 7d.; exceeding 4oz. and "-' ■ Boz., Is. 2d. ; and so I additional Boz. n-.'
