Newspapers : Under 4oz. each, 4d. ; for every additional 4oz, 4d. Books and Pattrrn Parcels : Not exceeding loz., 2d. ; exceeding loz. and not exceeding 20z., 4d.; exceeding 2oz. and not exceeding 40z., Id. ; exceeding 4oz. and not exceeding Boz., Is. 2d. ; and so on—ls. 2d. for every additional Boz. or fraction of Boz.
