ARRIVAL OF THE ST. KILDA

The s.s. St. Kilda, Captain Flowerday, left Wanganui on the 13th at 4 p.m.; anchored off Taranaki on 14th, ab 5 a.m. Sailed again at noon, and proceeded to the wreck of the s.s. Airedale, taking a surf-boat and crew in tow for the assistance of that vessel. The s.s. Phoobe being there, engaged in transhipping, the St. Kilda started again for Manukau at 2.30 p.m.; crossed, the bar on the 15th, at 5.30 a.m., arriving at";Onehunga at 7.15 a.m. Fine weather throughout the passage. Passengers : —Mrs. J. Watt and child, Mrs. Cameron and child, Mrs. McMillan, Misses Ibbetson (2), Messrs. Durie, G-essner, Bosenthal, McDenogh, Page, Wilson, Pid, and several others.
