A sitting in bankruptcy was held yeaterday before Laughlin O'Brien, *Esq., Registrar of the Supreme Court. Georgo Loverock, master of the schoouor Eagle, passed his last examination and was discharged. The case of W. P. Crawford and Henreicb Nees were adjourned for a week: those of Martin, Shadwell Harney and Parker (opposed), were adjourned for a.fortnight, when they will be beard by the Chief Justice.
