THE CITY OF AUCKLAND
The tenders for the repairs to the ship City of Auckland were opened at the office of the aeen's at noon to-day, and that of Mr. Beddoes, of the North Shore, accepted. Mr. Beddoes wiil commence the repairs at once", and the ship has to be handed over by the 10th March. The City will commence to take in cargo next week, and will in all probability leave during the month of March.
