AUCKLAND REGATTA CLUB.
A meeting of the committee of the Auckland Regatta Club was held last evening-, at the Club-room, Thames Hotel. Yon der Heyde, Esq., iv the chair. It was resolved that all yachts in the third race, having centre boards, shall have them sealed up or down, at the option of the owners. Mr. Yon der Heyde informed the meeting that the Superintendent hud consented to allow the committee to enclose in the end of the Queen-street wharf for the Regatta day, in the event, of there being no vessel available as flagship. It was resolved that should no vessel arrive suitable for a flagship, by 9 a.m., on Saturday moiling, that seats, &c, shall be erected on "the wharf for the use of the members of the club. Any persons who are subscribers to the Regatta Club, to the extent of £1, will bo entitled to addmittanee to the enclosed space, or on board the flagship in the event of there being one. To-morrow night, from 7 till 10, the committee will be in attendance, at the clubroom, to receive the entries for the Regatta, &c.
