SASH AND DOOR COMPANY.
The half-yearly meeting of the shareholders of the Steam Saw, Moulding, Sash and Door Company (Limited) was held at the office of Mr. C. J. Stone, Queen-street, Auckland yesterday afternoon, C. J. Stone, Esq., in the chair. The directors' report and ha'ance-sheet was read, from which ib appears that the_ company is in a prosperous condition, and a dividend at the rate of 7i per cent, for the half-year was declared, payable at, the office of the company on and after' the 23rd insfc.
