Great Western—G ounces from 14 tons.
A trial crushing of G tons from the Belfast gave 2 ozs.
Overland Houte—3 ounces from 6 tons.
The "Warden's Court is occupied this morning in the case of Hart versus Point Eussell Gold Mining Compan3r. The case is still proceeding. It is an action to compel the defendants to flume the creek.
M"r. .1. Foley arrived overland from Tauranga last evening. He was stopped on the road, and had some difficulty in getting through.
