Mails will close as under :— For Thames, this day, at 5.30 p.m., and tomorrow, at 10.30 a.m., 2.30 p.m., and 5.30 p.m. For Tauvanga, via Thames, this day, at 5.30 p.m., and tomorrow, at 5.30 p.m. For Kapanga, Driving Creek, fand Tiki, per Challenger, to-morrow, 19th instant, at 9.30 a.m. For Fiji, per s.s. Wninni, to-morrow, 11.30 a.m. For Kussell and Kawakawa, per Comerang, to-morrow, at 3 p.m. Eor Wangarei, &c, per Samson, Jo-morrow, 20th inst., at 3.30 p.m. Mails for the undermentioned places per s.s. James Paterson, will dose at this office on Friday, 20th inst., as under : - India, China, Mauritius, Mediterranean Ports, and Continent of Europe, at 9 a.m. Sydne/ and the Australian Colonies, at 10 a.m. United Kingdom via Suez and Southern Ports, (for letters specially so addressed), at 10 a.m. United Kingdom via Marseilles and Brindisi, at 10.30 a.m. Money orders, registered letters and newspapers, at 9.30 a.m. Late letters for Sydney, Melbourne, and United Kingdom via Southampton, bearing 3d and (3d in addition to the postage, will be received t ill 10.30 a.mr Note.—Closed mail-J for letters nnd telegrams will be made lip at. this office daily for Tauranga, overland via Thames.
