A Telegram from Melbourne to the Sydney Herald, on the 23rd instant, says:—" Later news with respect to Earl Granville's reply to Russia, is to the effect that bis lordship has intimated that, as the question was raised, England would have no objection to a conference with reference to the abrogation of the trraty which secures the neutralisation of the Black . Sea, but any present infringement of that treaty must be met by preventive measures."
