Port Chalmers, and vice versa, the dates of sailing. vVill be from Port Chalmers on the Ist an i' from Auckland on the 7th of every month, l commence from Port Chalmers on the Ist of April next. For Passenger these vessels are unsurpassed "by any afloat. Perfect arrangements have been made to" connect with the Pacific Railway, and with the magnificent lines of steamers running between New York and England. Passengers will be booked right through. Firsfc-class fare, from all ports in New Zealand to England, including the use of the celebrated Silver Palace Cars over the American Continent, will not exceed £85. Second and third-class passengers will be taken at proportionately low rates. Return tickets at a re&aSed rate will be issued, and passengers will be allowed to remain over at any and all ports and stations called at. The contract time between San Francisco and Auckland, and vice versa, is 24 days. Passengers who may desire lo proceed right through will reach England within 40 days from Auckr land. Every exertion will be made to make this the popular passenger route. Arrangements will be made to connect in S"ew Zeal«*id with the intercolonial steamers, so tnat Australasian passengers may be conveyed right through at a slight increase upon New Zealand rates.
