As will be seen from another column, the Enterprise No. 2 has been delayed in consequence of the tempestuous weather, and will not leave for the Thames till midnight. A cheap lot of 4000 yards of white book muslin, at 6d. per yard, and wholesale price by the piece to dressmakers. The felt carpets, at Is. Gd. per yard, are also a great bargain, as the quality is good.—R. Hobiis, Queen and Wakefield-slreets. —(Advt.) An amateur performance, by the officers and men of H.M.S. Galatea, in aid of the Captain Relief Fund, will be given on Wednesday, the 4th January, at the Choral Society's Hall, at 8 p.m. The performance will be under the immediate supervision of i H.R.H. the Duke of Edinburgh, and under the patronage of His Excellency the Governor, Lady Bowen, and Commodore Stirling. The Banks will close on Monday and Tuesday next.
