The undersigned have been favoured with instruction from his Honor the Superintendent to offer fo sale by public auction, at their Mart, Fort-street, oi the day above-named, at the hour of 12 noon, THE LEASES of the undermentioned Harbour Endowments:— 1 Twenty-one Allotments on the Breakwater Road numbered respectively from 1 to 21 on the plar to be seen at the auctioneers'; to be let for . period commencing Ist January, 1871. 0 Fourteen Allotments, known as the Timbei Wharves, Custom-house-street, numbered rrom 2 to 15 on plan, for 12 calendar months, commencing Ist January, IS7I. 3 Five Allotments, numbered from 17 to 21 011 plan, situated between the Gore-street Jetty and '/ the Breakwater Road, with a frontage to Cus-tom-house-street, for 12 calendar months, commencing Ist January, 1871. 4 Nine Beach Allotments, numbered on tracing 29, 30, 32, 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39, situated westward of the Queen-street Wharf and Albertstreet, for 12 calendar months, commencing Ist January, 1871.
