Per cutter Hero, from Noi >rolk Island, —10 tanks oil, 31 casks whale oil, 2 tond whalebone, Oruiokelmnic, Smart and Co.; 4 packnges merchandise, Ashwell.—Cruiekshank, Smart and Co , agents.
The schooner Edith, Captain Trayte, will sail for Tahiti on Suirlay. The schooner Opotiki will leave for Opotiki to-morrow, at noon.
The s.s. Lord Ashley was to leave Wellington i,o-day for t.his port. The p.s. Samson, arrived from Tauranga this morning, bringing 17 passengers. She reports tho arrival of the schooner Tauranga, at Tauranga, on Wednesday. The Samson, leaves again for Wansarei, this afternoon. The cutter Mary Eliza, left Taurauga for this port on Thursday evening, and may bo expected to-day. The schooner Sunbeam arrived from Wangaroo, to-day, with produce.
