The Undersigned have been favored with Instructions from His Honor the Superintendent, to sell by jmbic auction, at their Mart, Fort-street, on the day above-named, commencing at twelve o'clock noon, mHE LEASES OF THE UN DEEMENTIONED PROPERTIES, FOR THE YEAR 1871: Lot 1. — The Fees leviable at the Iron Store adjoining the Harbour Office, on the Queen-street Wharf. Lot 2.—The Fees chargeable for the Supply of Water from the Pipes laid down Queen-street Wharf, and from a 2-iuch pipe at Wynyard Pier. Lot 3 — The Tolls leviable at the Queen-street Wharf, and Custom-house-street, and at Gore-street Jetty, Breakwater Road, and Breakwater, together with the Fees chargeable at the Wharf Weigli-biidge. Lot 4. —The Fees leviable at the Slaughter House Newmarket. Lot 5. —The Tolls leviable at the Panmure Bridge. Lot 6.— The Tolls leviable at the Newmarket Turnpike Gate, and at the Remuera and Mount Eden Road (East) Chain Bars, together with the Fees chargeable at the Newmarket Weigh-brirtge. Lot 7.— The Tolls leviable at the Otahuhu and Slippery Creek Turnpike Gates, Great South Road. Lot S —The Tolls leviable at the Newton Toll Gate on the Great North Road, at its junction with the l'onsonby Road. Lot 0 — The Tolls leviable at (he Mount Eden Road Toll Gate next the Eden Vine Hotel), and at the Gaol Road Chain Bar, together with the Royalty leviable far Scoria Ash taken from Gravel Pits on the Mount Eden Reserve. Lot 10.—The Tolls leviable at the New North Road Toll Date (adjoining the Eden Vine Hotel). Conditions of the several Leases may be seen at the office of the undersigned. The sale will commence with Lot 1, and each Lot will be sold consecutively, ending with Let 10. On the fall of the hammer, a deposit in cash will be required from the Purchaser equivalent to two months' rent. This sum will be returned to the Lessee or Lessees on the bond b ;ing duly executed to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, but will be forfeited if ho or they should fall, neglect, or refuse to execute the bond.
