PROVINCIAL COUNCIL.
The Council sat last night till 11 o'clock, and disposed of a great deal of busiunes. Besides a number of questions the attention of the Council will be devoted to tho Estimates, and the Bill relating to Licensing, Highways, Harbour, Education, and the Kaipara Railway.
