'!his affcornoon Mr. 'J homns Wilson Garlick has been arrested on warrant and taken to tlte lock up on a charge of rape, allowed 1o have bce:i committed on Susan Mary Crilberd, a. child of twch~e years, in the month of July last. We understand that the uncle of the girl is the informaut. 'J he case will come on in the Police Court to-morrow.
