We are in receipt of papers from* Noumea to the 13th instant. * There does not appear to be any news "of much importance. An drdi nance has appeared, appointing a conimittoe to report on a gold mine discovered at Moindine, in the district of Pouebo. The supposed gold field lies on the River Diahote. -It 3 discovery was officially reported by Lieutenant Tonnott. By a Government ordinance, dated at Noumea, on the 7th of November, M. de la Richerie, the Governor of New Caledonia, has adopted in Public Acts the^ Republican formula, promulgated by tb#present Government of France, on the 6th of September, last.

They are determined the people shall be clad and that cheaply ; a great chance was offered lately,thestockofa large importer of drapery was in the market,'a discount off \Engl\sh cost was given, and J..
