LATEST INTELLIGENCE.
The latest dates received in Melbourne from London are to the Ist November. the bombardment of Paris commenced on that day. The Prussians continued victorious, and the aspect cf'the war is little changed since the advices received from California.
Captain Gilmore brought a telegram from Mr. Yerdon, dated November Ist, stating that Lord G-ranville considered there was no immediate prospect of England being involved ; but, should she be drawn into it, immediate information will be sent to the colonies, and measures taken for their protection.
