A call of two shillings per share his been made in the Poverty and Charleston Gvld Mining Company.—A meeting of the shareholders of the Pretty Mary Gold Mining Company is advertised for the 17th December. Tenders are required for certain works in the Prince Imperial Gold Miuing Company John Williamson, Esq., Curator of Intestate Estates has been appointed administrator in the estate of Daniel Benjamin Stewart.
The s.s. Go-Ahead will leave Auckland for the Bay of Islands this afternoon at five o'clock.
A meeting of creditors of the estate of G\ Nash and Co. was held yesterday, in the office of the Provisional Trustee in Bankruptcy. The liabilities are over £4000. Mr. Macffarlane was appointed trustee ; Messrs. Andrew Stewart and J. M. Clarke supervisors.
