(Before H. Gilfillan, Esq., J.P.) Db'unkenness. — Isaac McKenna, Mary Trotter, W. Boyle, Catherine Reynolds, E. Burns, R. Leary, and A. Donald were each pu'ished in the usual manner. Vagrancy.—T. Best, S. Tilland, and M. Ryan were charged under the Vagrant Act with having stolen the sum of £8 from Hohepa Whare. -Remanded till Tuesday. Threatening Language.—Honora Hamilton was charged by Mary A. Clarke with having used violent and threatening language towards her, and pleading guilty, was bound over to keep the peace for three months m one surety for £25. City Rates.—G. Nash was charged with refusing certain rates due to the City Board. —Adjourned till Tuesday.
