The Japanese Government, to prove its sympathy with the sufferers by the outrages in China, has (according to the Shanghai Courier) offered an immediate supply of armed troops to the Foreign Ministers to dispatch to China, pending the arrival of foreign troops, which they look upon as inevitable.
On Thursday next, the Blanche Minstrels will give a Negro enter'ainment, in the Music Hall, Symonds-strect, under the patronage of Sir George and Lady Powen. The proceeds will be for tho benefit, of the mother of the seaman belonging to the Blanche who lately fell overboard, in this harbour, and was drowned.
