[-.BOH OUR THAMES COBBESPONDENT.]] The decision of the Court was given to-day in the Waihi case. The land consists of 1825 acres,'and it was awarded by the Court to the Ngatitamatera, or Te Hira's party. The Ngatikoi, or land-selling party, got 15 acr^s out of the block, on account of having cultivated on it, not in consideration of any right.
