Carleton, Messrs. Hargreaves, Walker, Burton, and three others. The schooner Huntress arrived at Russell from the Thames on Tuesday last. The cutter Woodstock arrived in harbour Ihis morning from Matata, with 119 bales flax, 2 sack 3 wheat, 3 packages, J. S. Macfiirlane. ; The cutter Ruby, from Paissell, brings 4o tons coal. The cutter Wanderer, from Coromanclel, brings a cargo of 1133 feet timber. The new jachtMera.iu command of Captain Newman, cleared at the Customs for the Fijis this morning, and will probably sail this afternoon. The schooner Strathnaver, Captain Joiner, arrived in harbour this morning from Lyttelton, bringing a cargo of grain, &c. Passenger — Mr. Edward Yates. The schooner experienced fine weather and light variable winds throughout the passage. A brigantine, apparently from Russell to this port, was passed off Cape Brett, on Monday.
