THE MAIL STEAMER.
The steamer signalled this morning, and supposed to be the City of Melbourne, with the mail has turned out to be the Lady Bowen from' Mahuran gi. 3 p.m. As we go to press a second steamer is signalled. This is a foreign vessel, and will no doubt be the City or a vessel from Sydney.
