■ Larceny.-—R. Luscombo was charged with stealing 6 Ciirrean shirts,, the. property of ;T.TL; Frodine, value ,255. Mr. McGregor appeared for the.prispner, and for him pleaded guilty, explaining that prisoner had committed the offence when under the influence of drink. —A second charge ;was laid against the sarre prisoner for stealing one Crimean'shirt, tlie property- of Ar.nie Berry,1 and value ss. The prosecutor in each case, not desiring to press the charge, they were dismissed by the Bench with an admonition to refrain from drink. £ i
