His Honob sat in bankruptcy jurisdiction this day, and disposed of tho foil whig business:—

Dischabged Unopposfd.—The following bankru te, whose cases have been adjourned from time to time, and the particulars of whose estates have been published, received their orders of discharge :: —Thomas Wilson Garlick, Benjamin Naphthali Jones, H. P. Kirkwood, W. G. Clark.

Re James Skeen.—The bankrupt, was described as an auctioneer. His liabilities were set down at £630 6s. 9c1., and tho gross assets at £1029, made up of land at Whakatane, value £250;. interest in Tauranga, £50; leasehold in Grahamstown, £80; debts due by mining companies, £289 ; office furniture, £10.

ADJOUBNED.—-W.'W. Wilson, for six weeks (with the view of taking the estate out of bankruptcy; ; J. F. Chapman, for a week ; J. C. Akers, for a fortnight; Chapel and Calder, for a week ; 'Frank Towers, tor a week (tor further proof of notices to creditors and filing final statement) ; R. Dyasou, frraweek (to file final statement) ; Henry Willoughby Tuipari, for a fortnight. [Left sitting]
