Esqs., Justices.] Drunkenness. —Elizi Kelly, for a second offence, was fined 10s. and costs, or be imprisoned 48 hours, with hard labour. Pebjuky.—Wrihana appeared on remand, charged with perjury. Mr. Hesketh, on behalf of t c accused, a, nlied for a further ren.and in the continued absence of t c interpreters. Mr. Wynn consenting, the case was remanded for another wei-k.
J.aeoeny.— George Francis pleaded guilty to having stolen a pair of boots and trousers, valued at 165., the property of Chas. Krancket. —Sergeant.-iVlajor Morrison having stated that this was the prisoner's first offence, the pc alty was inflicted of a fortnight's imprisonment, with hard labour.
