The cutter Mary Eliza'will;'sail/for Tau ranpn this evening, with the following cargo : —2000 feet timber, Craig ; 25 cases biscuit, Partington; 3 tons flour, Sibbin; 50 bags oats, Coup and ;• 4 tons flour, Thornton, Smith and Firth ; 10 boxes soap, Warnock ; 1 hhd rum. 20 mats sugar, Owen and Gra ham ; 1 crate, 1 hhd crockery, 8 kegs nails, S. W. Hill; 1 ton flour. 30 packages drapery, Lewis Brothers.—M. Niccol, agent. The mail steamer City of Melbourne may be expected here about the 12th or 13th inst., and will, in all probability, be the bearer of six or seven days' later European news. The s.b. Phoebe will leave the Manukau six hours niter the arrival of the mail steamer from Honoluln.

The barque Constance is the next vessel expected from Sydney. Sfie may be expected in-a febr days. ': The schooner Ivanhoe brings news of the death of ore of the old settlers in New Zealand, Mr. F. W. Fletcher. The deceased died at his residence on the sth instant.
