Evening- Stae Office, Tuesday afternoon. The following properties were disposed of this day, by Messrs Samuel Cochrane and gon, at their room, Fort-street: Four-roomed cottage, Somerset-place, Homr-street, with the freehold allotment, €220 cash ; cottage in Moreton-street, and allotment, £60 ; one acre, Hobson's Bay, £ 2 ; the lease of four cottages, situate in Albert-street, £20; the book debts in the estate of S. M. Green and Co., sold for £6 15s. Me3«rs. Samuel Cochrane and Son held a sale of household furniture, &c, at their rooms, Port-street, this clay. The following are a few of the prices obtained : —Walnut pianoforte, £34 ; pinaforte in mahogany case, £10 10s ; chests of drawers, £3 3s to £3 12s 6d; Brussels carpets, 3s 2d to 4s per yard. ■ . : :
