Mahor, broug t up on warrant, having been arrested at Howick, charged with having attached a kerosene tin to a dug's tail at Graham^town on September 6, pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to a fine of l"s. and co.-ts, or 48 hours imprisonment wiih hard labor. LARCENY.- J. Bra ley, a delicate-looking child of ten year*, wus charged with having. .it G-ralmmstown, on the 22nd of June, stolen from J. Mitchell, a silver watch, value £3. — Kemanded to Gnihamstown.

E-MBKzzlkmk.vt. —T. Johnston, was charged with having, at Grahamstown, on the 27th ot January last, embezzled the sum of £78, the property of YV J. Va cc, his employer.—Mr. Wynn appeared for the prisoner.—On the application of Mr. Bruham, the case was remanded to the Thames.
