Detjnkenness. - J. M'Clintock and G. Cowio were each fined 5s and costs, or to be imprisoned 24 hours with hard labour.
LaBOEKY. —G. Pegler pleaded guilty to having on the 20th inst., stolen one double blanket from the premises of Alexander Drum.moiid, value 20s, and was sentenced to be imprisoned for one calendar month with hard
labour. •
