FARM and VILLA RESIDENCE, Point Chevalier. The Residence contains 7 rooms, -with, really good out-buildings. There are 29 acres of land, nearly all of which is under cultivation, and subdivided into paddocks. There is a good Orchard of about an acre and a half, laid out with fruit trees of the choicest description. There is a good water frontage in addition to an excellent macadamised road to the farm —43a. FARM, of 170 acres of rich Grass Land, at Mangare, all fenced, and subdivided into 12 paddocks. There are 120 acres, 70 acres of whicn are in grass. Price, £600—121. FARM ot 100 acres, near St. John's College, with magnificent site for a Villa Residence. The land is volcanic; about 16 acres of it are cleared, and under cultivation. About 20 head of cattle could be kept upon the Farm in its present state —] 22.
