FARM and VILLA RESIDENCE, Point Chevalier. The Residence contains 7 rooms, with really good out-buildings. There are 29 acres of land, nearly all of which is under cultivation, and subdivided into paddocks. There is a good Orchard of about an acre and a half, laid out with fruit trees of the choicest description.
