COMMERCIAL.
Evening ?tar Office, Thursday afternoon. The sale of drapery. &c, by Messrs. E. and H. Isaacs, nt the stores of Messrs. W. G. Harrison and Co., this mo:ning, was well attended by the trade, and a large parcel of goods disposed of, in packages and smaller lots. Some spirited bidding was exhibited ; nevertheless the result must show a less to the exporters. Under the circumstances, however, of a glutted market, and the depression in trade, the prices were as full as could be expected.
