FREEHOLD PROPERTIES FOR SALE.— F A E MS.FARM and VILLA RESIDENCE, Point Chevalier. The R<sidence contains 7 rooms, with really good out-buildings. There are 29 acre* of land, nearly all of which is under cultivation, and subdivided into paddocks. There is a good Orchard of about an acre and a half, laid out with fruit trees of the choicest description. There are 120 acres, 70 acres of which are in grass. Price, £600 —121. FARM ot 100 acres, near St. John's College, with magnificent site for a Villa Residence. The land is volcanic; about 16 acres of it are cleared, and under cultivation. About 20 head of cattle could be kept upon the Farm in its present state —122. FARM ot 356 acres, at Maungatawhiri, adjoining the Bombay settlement, being lot 102 —12SFARJVl of 30 acres, 19 miles from Town, with comfortable Residence, and all necessary outbuildings. Price, £220 — 143. FARM of 10 acres at the Three Kings. The land is partly fenced, and is volcanic soil. Nearly the whole of the purchase money may remain for 7 years, at 8 per cent.— 285. FARM of 330 acres, 100 acres of which are in grass. There is a good P welling House on the land, with all necessary outbuildings—293. FARM of 109£ acres of excellent land, near the Wairoa River. The whole Farm is under grass (with the exception of a few acres of bush land for firewood), and subdivided into Four Paddocks, well watered, a creek passing through the land. There is a house, &c, on the Farm —51. FARM of 4,000 acres excellent Laud, together with ten-roomed House. There is goof! feed for 400 or 500 cattle. There are 100 Cattle, 50 Sheep, and 12 Horses on the Farm. Would not object to let to a good tenant—67.
