The Farm has a substantial Residence erected upon it; there are also two Orchards well stocked with fruit trees, Garden, &c, &c. The whole Farm is under grass (with the exception of a few acres of busli land for firewood), and subdivided into Four Paddocks, well watered, a creek passing through the laud. There is a house, &c, on the Farm —51. FARM of 700 aces (more or less), situate 19 miles from town, subdivided into KJ Paddocks; 300 acres are laid duwn in grass; a good stream of water runs tlirough the land, offering a fine site for water-power, one fall of 10 feet. A Small Three-roome'l House on the Farm, with Stabling, Hay-loft, Baru, &c, &c. The. whole of the land is fenced—7.
