Claim, £5 for calls. Mr. Sheehan for the plaintiff, and Mr. Wynn for the defendant. The defence was, that "the whole thing was a swindle," and that the defendant was, therefore, entitled to get out of paying the calls if he could.

A nonsuit was recorded, on the ground that the defendant had not received proper notice of the making of the call.

Mr. Wynn stated there wa3 an application to be made to the judge of the Supreme Court in reference to this very case, which might settle the mat ter. He therefore asked for an adjournment until next Friday. The adjournment waj agreed to. This was all the business before-the Conrt.
