FARM of 170 acres of rich Grass Land, at Mangare, all fenced, and subdivided into 12 naddocks. The Farm has a substantial Residence erected upon it; there are siso two Orchards well stocked with fruit trees, Garden, &c, &c. The owner of this Farm is about to proceed to England, and w 11 in consequence sell it at a low price—292. Fine SUBURBAN FARM of 49 acres, situated at Point Chevalier.
