George Weston was charged with beiug a deserter from H. M.S. Rosario, while that vessel was lying at Tauranga. Remanded for one week, or until such time as one of her Majesty's ships of war come into the harbour. . SPECIMEN STEALING. James Wilson was charged with stealing a quantity of specimens, value £20, the property of the "W hau Gold Mining Company. . Remanded for one week. This was all the business of the Court.
